[2016-04-17 -0400] Generating summary report [2016-04-17 -0400] 252 records in 1 seconds, 252/sec [2016-04-17 -0400] Complete and then select the user to update stats from the drop down and fire the statistics to be processed by hitting the ‘Go’ button. If it still fails, then the issue is something deeper and we need to investigate further.Awststs can stop working if there is any issues with permissions or ownership of the log files, binary file or with the c Panel specific configurations for stats update. Change the directory to: Where username is the c Panel username of the account in question.Let us check the issue further through the steps given below 1. The configuration files for domains under that particular c Panel account are located here.My server was reset (not rebooted, reset), and since then the c Panel stats deamon hasn't ran, in WHM i have configured stats as i had it before, and the stats configuration page says stats are keeping up to date bla bla bla, does anyone have any ideas? If they are high, the stats round will be bypassed till another time where it will check loads again. The one thing I have found that will help is to go to the awstats page in the client's c Panel and tap that update now link, which seems to help kick things into gear sometimes. You need root access to the server for updating AWStats manually.
